Socio Investment FZCO has access to large project financing projects. These projects often require a third party to cover the costs of producing necessary documentation, which in turn makes the project investable and allows rating agencies to rate the documentation. Renowned firms like Deloitte, Ernst & Young (EY), KPMG, PwC, and BDO, as well as major law firms, are involved in carrying out this work.
Through our partnership with Socio Investment FZCO, Credence has been given the opportunity to finance selected projects. We are regularly offered 2-3 projects per month to consider for financing.
